Service Description

Your cat must be at least six months old for this procedure. The price for this procedure, 208.20, includes an antibiotic injection and pain management injection (Torb). We recommend additional pain medication — Torb or Rimadyl— for five days after the operation. Note that additional pain meds are not in the price quoted here; please ask us about the pricing. We also recommend a pre-anesthetic bloodwork test before surgery. We check liver and kidney function to make sure your cat can metabolize anesthesia properly; and also do a CBC to check white and red blood cell counts. Cost of pre-test is $78.52. *Note: Poplar Springs Animal Hospital reserves the right to change the price of this service or any other service if the circumstances alter.
